Late Sign-Up ($10 Late
Fee per player - placement NOT guaranteed)

- Placement based on player's age as of September 1, 2008.
- Boys ages 5-15 and Girls ages 5-16 accepted.
- Proof of age needed for any first time EYSA players.
- Cash or checks accepted at registration sites. Checks payable to EYSA (or Erie Youth Soccer Association).
- Players registering after March 24th cannot be guaranteed placement.
- Shirt sizes range from youth medium to adult XXL.
Registration Fees:
$35 for each player
$10 late fee per player applied after March 24, 2008.
Players must play in their age group.
Players are not moved up or down an age group for any reason.
Please, also consider volunteering to help make
this season possible. Information is available at registration.
