Late Sign-Up ($10 Late
Fee per player - placement NOT guaranteed) |

- Placement based on player's age as of September 1, 2010.
- Boys ages 5-15 and Girls ages 5-16 accepted.
- Proof of age needed for any first time EYSA players.
- Cash or checks accepted at registration sites. Checks payable to EYSA (or Erie Youth Soccer Association).
- Players registering after March 15th cannot be guaranteed placement.
- Shirt sizes range from youth medium to adult XXL.
Registration Fees:
$35 for each player
$10 late fee per player applied after March 15, 2010.

Players must play in their age group.
Players are not moved up or down an age group for any reason.
