Placement is not guaranteed, and you will be notified in early May if you have been placed on a team.
- Placement based on player's age as of September 1, 2012.
- Boys and girls ages 5-16 accepted.
- Proof of age needed for any first time EYSA players.
- Cash or checks accepted at registration sites. Checks payable to EYSA (or Erie Youth Soccer Association).
- Players registering after March 17th cannot be guaranteed placement.
- Shirt sizes range from youth medium to adult XXL.
- If registration is being mailed in be sure to include two copies per player.

Players are not moved up or down an age group for any reason.
